#12859 failed on iOS and fix is here, fix for Android will be resolved next morning. No need to revert or CP the fix, this only influences test workflows.

• Show a warning when a user attempts to logout when offline #12596 nice catch! I think it's fine to check this off and address it on the created issue. It's a minor UI issue that doesn't break any functionality and is only present for a short period of time.
• Migrate lastMessageTimestamp to lastActionCreated #12761 seems ok to address on the created issue. Checking it off.
• Added scrollable to payments page and connect bank account page #12935 (comment) clarified on the issue. Not a problem since those pages are not scrollable on Web/Desktop

I see this "new" issue in Firebase. The offending PR has been on prod for almost a month and I'm putting up a fix for it here so won't block the deploy on it.
