Description
Unfortunately the key that the app uses has to match the key that is on identity service. So having a separate key for all 4 of our apps means we have to store multiple keys on identity and choose which one to use based on which app is making the request. Because the issues we are seeing are only in test envs, I decided to only use 2 keys for now - Prod and staging
