"Formatted" Field Format Not Auto-Selecting

Describe the bug
Clicking/Selecting "Formatted" under Field Format in Schema Config does not automatically select an option, even when it has items in the pick-list.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Schema Config -> Any table (https://calvertmarinemuseum20250206-production.test.specifysystems.org/specify/schema-config/en/Agent/)
2. Under Field Format, click on "Formatted" (either the text or the radio button)
3. See that it does not select
4. Click on "Formatted" pick-list and see that there items in it

Expected behavior
Should automatically fill in and select the field on click of the radio button and "Formatter" text.
