Query builder does not support "Always","Prompt" or "Series results" checkboxes

there's a second related issue I've spotted. If the "always" tick box is ticked in specify 6 next to a clause in the query, and then the report is edited in specify 7 - Always becomes unticked. (presumably this occurs because 7 doesn't have a concept of always in queries?)

also important for Reports, as Reports generally rely on Always being ticked for some parts of the query...

• "Always" shows only results where the field is always returned in the query (so query results show results where that field has a value)

• "Prompt" shows a dialog when running the query where a user can enter a value

• "Series results" aggregate all catalog numbers into one field as a range (000001-000500) for every group of collection objects that have identical values for all other fields returned in the query

  • So you can produce a single label for a batches of specimens

Now that you mention it, that's exactly what it sounds like, aside from one important detail. It needs to have the catalog number display as the range (i.e. 000001-000500 rather than not displaying a catalog number so it doesn't become unique)
