Merge origin/dev (76 commits) into sync/upstream-2026-06-10. Conflict resolutions: - packages/app/package.json: keep test:ci script, adopt upstream test:unit/test:unit:watch with happydom preload - bun.lock: take upstream version, regenerate via bun install to include vite-plugin-pwa deps Co-authored-by: yui-soul <yui-soul@users.noreply.github.com>
