Stop appending the full available skill catalog to the skill tool description in the tool registry. The skill catalog is already provided through the system/discovery path, so duplicating it inside the tool definition adds prompt weight and creates another wording/filtering surface that can drift. Changes: - Remove the registry-level dynamic skill catalog description append. - Keep the SkillTool base description and execution path intact. - Update focused skill tool tests to assert that visible and manual-only skills are no longer listed in the tool description. Verification: - RED: bun test test/tool/skill.test.ts failed before the implementation because the skill tool description still contained tool-skill from the duplicated catalog. - cd packages/opencode && bun test test/tool/skill.test.ts -> 4 pass. - cd packages/opencode && bun run typecheck -> passed. - git diff --check -> passed. - PR CI fully green for #1230. - Fresh-eye reviewer found no actionable issues. Review follow-up: - Gemini Code Assist reported no review comments. - CodeRabbit skipped review due rate/credit limit; no actionable comments were created. - Review threads were empty before merge. Related: - Ports upstream anomalyco/opencode#31269. Residual risk: - Tests assert the catalog is no longer duplicated but do not pin the exact full base description text.
