Explanation of Change

The existing expo-secure-store patch includes a lot of changes in a single patch file. This PR splits the patch into five smaller files, each corresponding to a specific functionality. It makes it easier for each patch to be understood and migrated if necessary during a future upgrade to the library. It also enables a richer history and context for the patches that help people without as much context understand the purpose of each feature added, how to test it, the upstream tracking issues, etc.

Although some minor changes have been introduced with this PR, the original patch PR description still applies.

Changes made:

• Renamed flags:
  • failOnDuplicate -> failOnUpdate
  • alwaysAskForAuth -> forceReadAuthenticationOnSimulators
  • askForAuthOnSave -> forceAuthenticationOnSave
  • enableCredentialsAlternative -> enableDeviceFallback
  • Returning the auth type is now under returnUsedAuthenticationType flag
• Better and more thorough jsdocs and descriptions
• enableDeviceFallback compared to the original PR, can be controlled on iOS as well as Android
• forceReadAuthenticationOnSimulators works only when reading the value and only on the iOS simulators

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
