Split up expo-secure-store patches

Creating an issue to follow-up on this comment

• Split up the patches into 1 patch file per feature (optionally with a base patch for shared code if necessary)
• Add more detailed details.md entries for each patch
• Create upstream issues proposing the features in their generic form. Link to those upstream issues in details.md for each patch.
• Open an upstream PR with the contents of the patch for each issue. Link to those upstream PRs in the details.md for each patch as well

Yes, tomorrow. If everything goes well, it should be ready for review on Friday, will keep you updated.

I've split and significantly improved the patches. I'll create the upstream issues and pull requests early next week, but I've requested some internal reviews first, so I've left the PR in draft. If you'd like to take a look at them before the upstream work, feel free to do so!
