Typing a value does not trigger the dropdown to jump to it in Safari

How do you reproduce the problem?

• In Safari, open the Time Picker
• Open the dropdown and start to type a value

Expected behavior
The dropdown should jump to the value that was typed

Is this issue blocking you?
I had to use Chrome

What is your environment?

• OS: macOS Monterey
• Browser: Safari
• Version: 15.5

What is your product and what release date are you targeting?
Product: HealthCare
ReleaseDate: August 15th
