tbtadm does not seem to be receiving updates and in other distros it seems that bolt is preferred. As such, this recipe probably has no forward path into OE upstream. Remove it from our meta-oe fork so that it can be moved to meta-nilrt until such time as we switch over to bolt. Signed-off-by: Brenda Streiff <brenda.streiff@ni.com>
