Hotfixes - Import from channels - Incorrectly truncated channel titles in the 'Channel/source' drop-down when viewing in Arabic

Observed behavior

Observed while regression testing #4186
The text is truncated from left to right so the channel title is mostly hidden.

Expected behavior

The titles of the channels should be displayed correctly for both RTL and LTR languages. A tooltip should be displayed when hovering over a truncated title (if possible).

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Change the language to Arabic.
3. Open a channel and select the 'Import from channels' option
4. Make a search and observe the channel titles in the 'Channel/source' drop-down.
