Creating a new channel leads to disappearance of previously created channels

Summary

When the user creates a new channel some of the channels created previously disappear from the channels list page. This happens no matter if the newly created channel is left empty or some resources have been imported to it right after creation.

How to reproduce

Preconditions: Existing channels in the system

1. Login to Studio
2. Click New Channel button
3. Fill all the fields (or just the required ones)
4. Click the Create button
5. Click the Channels tab in the Hamburger menu
6. See some of previously created channels missing from the list

Seems like all the missing channels reappear in the list after some time when the page is refreshed. Also seems like some (not all) of the missing channels reappear after the newly created channel is deleted.

@metodimilevqa nice catch! I still haven't been able to reproduce this. Seems like it could be syncing related, but I can't tell. If you see it again, could you monitor the network activity in the developer panel to see if there are any failed requests?

@metodimilevqa an update... I managed to reproduce this after logging out of one account and logging into another. Is it possible that you'd recently changed accounts before you saw this happen?

No, I didn't switch accounts
