We should note that those dependencies are dropped in the patch notes, so that project owners can check if they need to add them themselves.
composer why <package-name> should help determine that. If only our entry is on the list, then project owner should check if they use Guzzle in their codebase.

As done for main branch, those seems to be unused on 4.6 branch as well, and they make updating other packages dependencies harder then it should be.
