Adds tier-1/2 content for the 10 Usage-screen tooltips (wifi, hotspot, browse content, server control, DNS settings/check/accept, connection log + clear/copy) in en/es/fr/pt and hi/ru. hi/ru are AI drafts flagged for human review (per the language-growth plan). Build validation stays strict/green. Content lives in tools/help/i18n (.po); compiled to assets/help.db.

Now 78 tags x 6 languages; strict validation green.
…hine-translated - Re-translate the 18 entries that were corrected in EN/ES during review so fr/pt/hi/ru reflect the current source text (they had drifted). - Mark fr/pt/hi/ru as machine translation (AI): a file header note plus an X-Translated-By: machine metadata line, so unreviewed languages are clearly distinguished from the human-reviewed en/es. Human review can clear the marker per language later; it does not block the build (not a fuzzy flag). - pohelper.write_po gains a machine= option to emit that marker.

ADFA-4593 — Tooltip content + localization (concludes ADFA-4593)
Fills tier-1/2 help content and translations for the wired native controls. Content lives in
tools/help/i18n(.po), compiled toassets/help.db; build validation is strict (all of en/es/fr/hi/pt/ru present per tag) — green.Work in progress — landing screen-by-screen; merge once all screens are covered.
