Integrate the kernel into the MetaMask extension #461
Description
Our next major milestone is to get the kernel running inside of the MetaMask extension. This first, proof-of-concept integration will consist of running the kernel in its own worker off of the offscreen document, with vats running in iframes.
This should all be done behind build-time flags and code fences such that we can create a build with the kernel without shipping it to any release channel. Getting it into Flask will follow this issue.
