4. Verify that List of workspaces created in pre-condition is displayed with search bar the top

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

When you say "block" do you mean because I requested changes with the comment? If so, I will just select it as a comment instead of "requesting changes" for this type of feedback going forward.

Yep, the info is there too. But it saves time if the contributor fills out the section in the PR. The product team is reviewing every app PR now, and I have been finding that the time spent going back through the issue for every PR adds up.
