[Due for payment 2025-12-26] [Custom Columns][Release 4] Add billable and reimbursable columns to Search results

1. Add the billable and reimbursable columns to this array
2. Add the billable and reimbursable columns to this function, with default to false
3. Add a Text component for each column here (follow the order here). Display Yes/No depending on the bool value.
4. Add automated tests here
5. Add it to SearchExpenseUtils::getSortBy
