App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense.
4. Open the report.
5. Click More > Split
6. Click Save.
7. Open any split.
8. Click More > Edit splits.
9. Click on the other split (not highlighted).
10. Click Remove split.
11. Click Save.
12. Click More.

Expected Result:

Split, hold and merge option will be present in More menu after reverting split.

Actual Result:

Split, hold and merge option are missing in More menu after reverting split.

Tried reverting 73474 but it doesn't solve the issue (though it solves another blocker). Still investigating this.

I don't see the Split/Merge buttons on production immediately after removing a split either, though they eventually appear after the API command completes. The issue is just more noticeable now because of backend issues.

That said, it looks like the Split/Merge buttons never show up on staging, so it could really be a bug 🤔
