Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a workspace
3. Go to the workspace chat
4. Click on the plus button in the compose box

Expected Result:

There should be a Track expense option when clicking the plus button in the compose box of the workspace chat.

Actual Result:

There is no Track Expense option when clicking the plus button in the compose box.
