PostgreSql was deprecated and deleted in Azure#29649 but remained in .ci-config.json selectModuleList. This causes build failures when CIFilterTask includes PostgreSql in the test module list but the src/PostgreSql folder no longer exists. Remove PostgreSql from selectModuleList to prevent it from being selected for builds/tests.
