I'm proposing for a
0.4.0release instead of a0.3.1since this changes some significant things under the hood which is more than a patch. It could be the case that this might have some performance impact to the client depending on the quality compression level sent by the server (i.e.q=11could require lot of compute time).TODO after merge:
0.4.0to latest master branch and push.
