[DEV-6708] Bump EWB SDK dependency to 1.1.0

Description

Bump version of EWB SDK used to 1.1.0. This is in preparation for a minor release of the client.

No blocking nor blocked tasks.

Test Steps

Ensure unit tests still pass. EWB SDK 1.1.0b14 was released as 1.1.0, so they should be equivalent.
