Request: Update Dockerfile for lizard firmware

In the Dockerfile the line:
https://github.com/zauberzeug/lizard/releases/download/${LATEST_VERSION}/lizard_firmware_and_devtools_${LATEST_VERSION}.zip

needs to be updated to the new release:
https://github.com/zauberzeug/lizard/releases/download/${LATEST_VERSION}/lizard_firmware_and_devtools_${LATEST_VERSION}_esp32.zip
or similar to work again.
