VV getting a mob without having +FUN gives you a nuisance message about not having +FUN while still allowing you to get the mob

Short Description

I have zero idea why it's so unhappy about me not having +FUN when I'm not on the centcom Z-level or taking things from it.

Reproduction

Don't have +FUN while still having +VAREDIT and +ADMIN, then find a mob, open their VV panel, try to get them using the VV dropdown to move them 2-3 tiles away, for it to tell you that you need +FUN while it does it anyway.

Additional information

I checked to see if I was somehow not meant to be getting mobs via VV, but this suggests that anyone with both +ADMIN and +VAREDIT can. Maybe it's intended for +FUN anyway, not something I know at least.
