JS Lint Task removal

While I do see a use case for the js-lint task, I do not feel it needs to be streamed along with the js task, as Webpack is handling linting.

@kopepasah If Webpack is taking care of linting, we can remove the js-lint task altogether. It was needed back when the JS was compiled by Browserify.

The reason I created that was actually in an attempt to use the eslint --fix option.
In the webpack eslint loader, I saw this warning message:

"fix (default: false)

This option will enable ESLint autofix feature.

Be careful: this option might cause webpack to enter an infinite build loop if some issues cannot be fixed properly."

And that's why I thought a rule to lint JS with fix turned on might make sense to happen in a single pass before the webpack compiles and merges everything together.

The specifics on how this would be implemented is to be discovered when that time or need comes.
