- 新增 API Key 平台，dev.to 归类为 API Key。
- 复用现有配置账号存储，支持测试连接、草稿同步、CLI platforms --auth 展示。
- dev.to 草稿返回编辑页链接，避免公开草稿 URL 显示不存在。
