Multiple issues with audio in editor

Describe the bug
Multiple issues with audio tracks in v1.2.0 beta-2:

Can't scroll down to the 3rd audio track in the timeline.
Per-track volume control has no effect.
1.5x playback speed works in preview but breaks on export.

To Reproduce

Bug 1:
Add 3 audio tracks to the timeline.
Try to scroll down to the 3rd track.
Scroll is blocked - 3rd track is unreachable.

Bug 2:
Add any audio track.
Adjust its volume slider.
Volume does not change.

Bug 3:
Set playback speed to 1.5x in the editor.
Export the project.
Exported video playback is broken.

Expected behavior:
All audio tracks should be scrollable and accessible.
Volume slider should affect each track independently.
Export should match the editor preview speed.

Thanks for the clear report. I labeled this as a bug and opened a narrow draft fix in #361 for the first issue only: extra timeline rows were not contributing enough content height, so the third audio track could be clipped instead of becoming reachable through the existing scroll container.

I am keeping this issue open because the per-track volume control and 1.5x export behavior are separate paths and still need to be narrowed or split before claiming a full fix for #360.

Follow-up triage on the remaining #360 items:

• The volume-control report appears covered by the existing draft feat(editor): add audio region volume control #354, which exposes the already-stored AudioRegion.volume path in the selected added-audio settings panel. I updated that PR to link this issue, but it should stay draft until a manual editor smoke confirms preview/export volume behavior.
• The 1.5x export report has a separate narrow draft in fix(export): use tempo filters for speed audio #362. The likely export-side suspect is the native edited-track audio fast path from fix(export): fast-path simple edited audio tracks #297, which used asetrate/resampling for speed segments. fix(export): use tempo filters for speed audio #362 switches that path to FFmpeg atempo while keeping the same conservative 0.5x-2.0x speed guard.

So #360 is now split into focused tracks: #361 for scrolling, #354 for added-audio volume UI, and #362 for speed-edited export audio. I would keep this issue open until those drafts get runtime smoke coverage.

Update on the 1.5x export item: #362 is now merged into main.

That fix keeps the native edited-track export path on FFmpeg tempo filters for 0.5x-2.0x audio speed changes, with regression coverage for near-unity speed values. I am keeping #360 open because the volume-control and third audio-row scrolling items are still tracked separately in #354 and #361.

Update on the third-audio-row item: #361 is now merged into main.

I verified it with a production Electron UI smoke using a project fixture with three added-audio regions on separate tracks. The timeline container now gains vertical scroll space and the third audio track is reachable after scrolling.

Keeping #360 open for the remaining volume-control item in #354.

Update: the last remaining volume-control track is now merged in #354.

Current status from the split follow-ups:

• fix(editor): allow scrolling all audio tracks #361: merged, timeline can scroll to additional audio rows.
• fix(export): use tempo filters for speed audio #362: merged, 1.5x export audio uses tempo filters.
• feat(editor): add audio region volume control #354: merged, selected added-audio regions now expose an Audio Volume panel backed by AudioRegion.volume.

I also re-ran production Electron smoke for #354: selecting the added tone region shows the Audio Volume panel, moving it to 25% updates the UI badge and preview audio element to volume = 0.25, and the earlier 100%/0% export smoke showed the expected output volume difference.

Closing this because the three tracked items are now covered in main. If any of these still reproduce from main or the next build, please open a focused follow-up with the project file or repro steps.
