Reframe the v0.9.7 CHANGELOG entry in client-agnostic terms before tagging the release. The shim's probe-failure log + escape-hatch + AGENTMEMORY_DEBUG=1 fix is useful for every MCP integration; enumerating the specific clients that triggered the report doesn't add technical value to the section.
