This fixes a bug where lang="scss" was highlighting in sass instead of scss #126

This also fixes an issue where if you use an event modifier like @click.prevent or if you're just using v-on: it wasn't highlighting the code in javascript.

Any ETA for this to be merged into master so users of the official Sublime package can benefit?

I'm still having issues with curly braces being highlighted erroneously when I'm using SCSS when using the latest version of Sublime 3 (build 3143):

on sublime Dev channel, the latest version is 3157.

Thanks for the PR! Note in the future please work on the .yaml-macro file instead, we will generate the actual syntax before pushing new tags.
