Modified intro to more accurately describe function pages. Elaborated the purpose of Restrictions and Errors with respect to development mode and performance mode. Also specifically pulled out what implementers need to support on modes. Note the use of "similarly" when comparing development and performance modes. It is possible that there may be some bit differences between floating point results due to hardware or the specific chosen algorithm.
