CICD Operations UI visible

What is the feature request? What problem does it solve?
Currently the Swagger UI of the Control Service is visible at https://iaclqhm5xk.execute-api.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/data-jobs/swagger-ui/index.html#/

I would expect the Operations UI to be visible as well at https://iaclqhm5xk.execute-api.us-west-1.amazonaws.com but it is not

We may need to provide API gateway for the UI : https://github.com/vmware/versatile-data-kit/wiki/Gitlab-CICD#api-gateway

We should restrict access to it somehow, even if it's visible. Doing stuff in the UI while e2e tests are running could break them.
