As a Data Engineer, I prefer to find a video and then understand if I want to use the tool

This is a spike, the outcome of this issue is a list of potential videos that can be created to better explain and promote Versatile Data Kit.
Potential solutions:
- Add video / playlist to the README.
- Blog posts/videos taking a real-life problem and solving it with VDK could be more useful than using a dummy example
- Showing how to solve problems live with VDK .Where also presenting best practices in general and specifically for VDK.
- to focus on a concrete idea or topic where for example, we present new features in much more detail and at much slower pace
- Or talking from the engineering side of things in order to attract new contributors. One example that comes to me is developing a new plugin or doing a code base walkthrough.
