Array in lock.json should be sorted

Array elements in lock.json should be sorted for consistency under version control system like git.
For example, volt rm {pluginA} and volt rm {pluginA} may change file content compared to the previous version.

Here are the list of keys of array elements in lock.json:

• repos[] by repos[]/path
• profiles[]/repos_path[] by profiles[]/repos_path[]
• profiles[] by profiles[]/name
