点击下载按钮目标href 链接拼接，针对 S3 类型的 https 链接处理异常

当前根据浏览器加载的 js 看到，此 a 标签的链接为 ${fileboxHost}${downloadUrl} 的直接拼接，在 S3 场景未开启代理的情况下，会将两个域名直接拼接到一起，生成如 https://filecodebox-hosthttps://s3-host/xxxxx 的链接，导致链接无法直接点击下载

Expected behavior
是否可以改为 (new URL(downloadUrl, fileboxHost)).toString() 的方式，动态处理此处的下载链接。
