Chore: Decemeber changes for Mobile app public release

• Update capacitor.config.ts to
  • To detect logging behaviour based on NODE_ENV
  • Enable capacitor to use Native OS for making HTTP request rather via the Webview (Solves CORS issues)
  • Append User Agent for Mobile requests
• Update mobile project.json with development commands
• Solve back button issues in relevant components
• Add mobile source label for search form
• Update search for site (Deployment) ability to detect non ushahidi.io based deployment setup

Fixes USH-927, USH-987, USH-1017, USH-1028, USH-1042
