- added Ukrainian to languages list
- added Ukrainian flag
- finished translations of uk-UA.json

Thank your for your contribution @typeetfunc. A question before merging, since I don't speak Ukrainian. Is there difference between uk-UA and only UA? |

@Angamanga No, but different translation providers use different codes for the Ukrainian language. I chose uk-UA as the most popular one. |
