This PR improves the site’s SEO and readability by updating the default HTML layout and fixing typos in key documentation pages.
Changes
Updated _layouts/default.html to:
Use a dynamic <title> that combines page.title with site.name
Add a using page.description or the global site description
Corrected spelling/grammar issues in what_are_activities.md and what_are_WGs.md (e.g. “dicussions” → “discussions”, “increading” → “increasing”, “committtee” → “committee”, “activity areas” → “activity area”).
