Ensures tree-sitter.json is present for the build.
Without it, the following may fail:

npm i -D @tree-sitter-grammars/tree-sitter-markdown
tree-sitter build --wasm node_modules/@tree-sitter-grammars/tree-sitter-markdown/tree-sitter-markdown
