Add campground site features like tent pitches

Add the following as pois to show the layout of individual spot to camp in a campground.

These all need to "win" over tourism=camp_site (be first in the CSV list), and similarly tourism=camp_site should exclude features that include these tags:

• camp_site=reception as camp_reception, zoom 15, example. Around 600.
• camp_site=lot as kind:camp_lot, zoom 16, example. Around 250.
• camp_site=camp_pitch as kind:camp_pitch, zoom 17, example. Around 1000.
• camp_site=pitch as kind:camp_pitch, zoom 17, example. Around 900.

For all above, make sure the following properties are included:

• camp_site:type=* as type=*. Around 300.
• ref=*

When lot:number is given on camp_site=lot feature, transform that into a ref=* val (around 250):

Add the following to the buildings layer:

• camp_site=numbers, zoom 18, in the buildings layer as kind:address?, example. Around 260.
