✨ Add support for labels and section headers (features, fixes, etc.).

• This actually sort of re-implemented it all in a more structured way.
• It fixes a couple of bugs with missing spaces.
• There's no longer need for explicit new line spaces in the Jinja2 templates nor the headers.
