ATTENTION !

At moment I do not have a machine to test what i did. (plan to have one again in next days).

So, before merging, test this code !

List of Changes

• Created a folder "dictionaries" where to store all machine response code
• Created a config class in order to handle the config files
• Create a template config.yml file
• Created a class for Error handling
• Fixed issue about a naming confusion (we had aft_get_last_transaction as var name and function name...so every time instead of calling the function python would call the var)
• Readme Update
• Creation of requirements.txt (might be good to define which packet version to use in order to avoid problem in future with eventual lib break changes)
• Created an example file
