exl3 has gotten lora support a while ago but it was never connected to the corresponding endpoints.
Why should this feature be added?
i want to use lora again :)
motivated by recent exl3 qlora research, too

i mostly copied over exl2 code since i have little idea of what im doing but it seems to work
