TektonConfig Pruner - prune-per-resource = false, removed when applied

Expected Behavior

I have a running tekton operator, I'm trying to change my configuration for the Tekton pruner as follow:

kind: TektonConfig

spec:
...
  pruner:
    disabled: false
    keep: 30
    prune-per-resource: false # turn prune per resource from true to false
    resources:
      - pipelinerun
    schedule: 0 * * * *
...

When applying this new configuration, the prune-per-resource is removed from the tekton config.
the controller print the following error

Actual Behavior

Should be taken into account in the configuration.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. turn prune-per-resource to false in TektonConfig
2. apply the resource
