Mo-Su is Monday - Sunday, so in other languages it's different.
At least allow 2-letter short forms, or maybe expand to full weekday names

It's possible to implement locale-aware parser since the format is well-specified but we don't have that yet

Many merchant names aren't translated either since they only have name tags, but editors can add name:pl and the app should prioritize those tags for pl locales, etc
