Slider: Changes to scale labels on the design surface are not persisted and are not rendered in preview

It is possible to modify labels on a design surface. However, modified labels do not persist within a question's configuration and do not appear in preview.

@nisanord In a Rating scale, we have a similar experience. However, we automatically create manual labels and persist values, as follows:

In A Slider Scale, however, the value determines the position of an item in a scale. We need to consider the best way to handle this provided that users may expect that changing the value on a scale (at design time) would move the item to another position on a scale.

• As soon as a user edits an item on the design surface, switch to Manual (Custom Labels) mode. Create the required number of items according to the defined min/max range.

• If the entered value is numeric, update the item’s value and move the item to the corresponding position on the scale (based on the min/max range).

• If the entered value is text, keep the existing value but update the item’s text. The item position on the scale remains unchanged (since its value didn’t change).
