Adds a root
AGENTS.md(canonical) plus aCLAUDE.mdsymlink pointing to it, as part of the org-wide AI-readiness rollout.This documents existing conventions only, observed from the repo's own files (package.json, lerna.json, pnpm-workspace.yaml, .eslintrc.js, the js-tools CLI, Jest config, and .github/workflows/check.yml). It introduces no behavior, tooling, or convention changes.
CLAUDE.mdis a symlink toAGENTS.md(no duplicated content).
