[INSTALL] EFI fix for x86-32 systems

Again, since the ISO is too big for GitHub, I will be uploading it onto GDrive:

Same as 0.9, just a quick fix for 32-bit EFI systems (such as early Intel Macs)
Again, enable test mode and nointegritychecks or else it will crash.

• LogonUI has been fixed
• You can now actually log on and have a usable desktop
• ALL APPS FROM 21390 PORTED
• Branding finally fixed
• Explorer finally fixed
• arunimg patched to use Win11 branding
• Explorer upgrade from 10.0.21390 > 10.0.22000
• UWP apps from 10.0.22000 have been ported
• oh yeah UWP fully works too
• Professional SKU
• Complete rebase too

KNOWN ISSUES

• WinRE is still 10.0.21390, will fix soon
• You need Test Mode to boot at all
• XAML taskbar does not work

also upgraded installer from 21390 to 22000

Got the installer extracted from 21390, until someoen can make sv32 installable, it's manual install only.
Just search up a damn tutorial on how to do that.

Also a bunch of DLLs and system32 executables from 19041, 21390 and 22000 syswow were added (sysdm.cpl, whoami, winver, etc)
