Tighten the Vite Plus lint configuration by enabling stricter Oxlint categories, standardizing severities on
deny/allow, and keeping the intentional rule exceptions needed by the current React app. Also adjusts a few TypeScript call sites surfaced by the stricter config.Status: Ready
