Support Meta-Annotation Parameters on Parameter Annotations

In 6.4, support for [meta-annotation parameters was added](https://docs.spring.io/spring-security/reference/servlet/authorization/method-security.html#meta-annotations) to `@AuthenticationPrincipal` and `@CurrentSecurityContext`.

It would be nice be able to find these annotation declarations on a super class or on interfaces, as it already does with the more basic meta-annotation support.
