feat: default file improvements

Starts to address #7616... and some other things...

So far, this PR addresses the following:

• Improves the default prep types for several disciplines
• Removes unused XML files for schema localization
• Removes outdated DB schema files
  • Removes 'Download as XML' from the data model schema viewer
  • Changed the heading in the viewer from "DB Schema Version: 2.10" to "Database Schema" followed by the current Specify 7 release
    
• Updated the copyright year
• Added the Norway consortium (UniMus:Natur) to the list of members in the about dialog

@alesan99 The challenge I currently face when cleaning up the schema is that if I remove all fields with names and descriptions identical to the auto-generated ones, I lose crucial information about whether they are hidden. I can clean this up, but I might need to keep that piece of information, otherwise the util will make them visible by default.
